Payment for your orders can be made using either of the 3 following methods:
Paypal - online purchasing. Hot-Stitch uses the PayPal Store facility to process your orders and payments for the ready made badges as well as name badges. With the exception of the Blood Group badges, once we have received notification of your order we will contact you to ascertain your perferences; Race No, Nationality and/or Name badges.Debit / Credit Card - If you prefer to pay using your debit or credit card please use the Manual Order Form on the relavent page to place your order and we will contact you to process your payment and order over the telephone. Cheque - Alternatively, we can accept payment by cheque. As with the debit / credit card payment option, please use the Manual Order Form on the relevant page. We will contact you on receipt of your order and issue you with an invoice. Please note that this payment method may cause delays to your order due to the cheque clearing process.
VAT invoice/receipt can be provided for all 3 payment methods, if required.
The ordering processes for the different categories of badges are detailed below:-
'Ready Made' - These badges can be ordered using either the manual order form on the relevant page or buy using the PayPal store. If you have any questions or additional requirements note them in the message box when using the manual order form or contact us by phone or email. Your order will be acknowledged for both ordering methods and will be despatched to you within 3 days.
'Custom' - There are usually a few variables with custom design badges and pricing is dependent on the size of badge and number of stitches. Complete the enquiry form with your details, specify the preferred size of the badge and upload an image file of the logo. We will then send you an image of what your finished badge will look like along with a quotation. This quotation will include a charge of £17.50 as a contribution towards the embroidery origination. When you are happy to proceed with the order we will request payment, which will be used as your order confirmation and your order will be manufactured and then despatched to you within 5 days.
Unless requested otherwise, orders with value of not more than £100 are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a flat rate of £5.00. Orders above £100 are despatched free of charge. These postage rates are applicable to deliveries within the UK only. If delivery is to be made outside of the UK then the correct postage fee, at cost, will be advised at the time of payment.
If you require an alternative method of delivery please specify at time of payment.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product supplied, we will replace or refund at our discretion. The original badges must be returned to us to allow us to inspect the problem before any replacements or refunds can be issued. Any issues with the badges must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
